Two kind-hearted neighbors dug it out during the afternoon. Each of them gets a freshly made loaf of pumpernickel and a bottle of the better wine today.
I think I need to quit fussing about the weather! What with what you all have, and the cyclone in Australia ... last Sunday was high 60s here in Birmingham, AL - today was barely above freezing (winds about 20 mph made it feel like about 25) with some snow (not a lot but it is still plenty visible) then we've had sleet most of the rest of today.
No snow fall in the UP. The sun is shining. Come on up!
